Novo Hotel Rossi

The hotel looks to be brand new, super clean, lots of light, all in white. Very friendly personeel. Good abundant breakfast. In spite of being located very close to the railway station (which initially looked like a potential minus) it turned out to be rather an advantage. It is a quite street within 5-10 min walk from the station, no problem with it at all, and with easy access to all the busses. Internet worked very well, air conditioner too. Altogether a nice surprise, we'll definitely use this hotel again.

The property is exceptionally clean and tidy, with fresh and fragrant bedding. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. The bathroom and toilet are spacious and well-stocked with towels and personal hygiene products. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always available for anything you may need at any moment. The train station is very close, making it easy to travel to nearby cities like Milan and Venice. We are very satisfied with everything in the hotel, and even though it has 3 stars, it’s worth more.

Novo Hotel Rossi exceeded my expectations, while in transit to Verona for 1 night. I booked this hotel, not really having time to read generated reviews, and tired from a long trip I was not looking. I was greeted by an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly staff. Good English spoken. Lobby design was modern with updated furniture, well lit, inviting and very clean. Two decent size elevators, was a plus. Most other hotels offer 1 small elevator. Free Parking available. Covered Parking available for a very reasonable price. Hotel Novo is situated in a quite street, but with easy walking distance to the Porta Nuova train station. Wifi was excellent. AC was great. Beds were very comfy. Rooms, new, quiet and generous size, they offer a small refrigerator with complimentary water, and coffee/Tea kettle. Walk-in shower with modern touches and lighting. Breakfast was plentyful and tasty for only 10 Euros. I had other stops in my itinerary, would have stayed longer. Return back to Verona and this time I booked for week. Nothing dissappointed. It will be my go to hotel when in Verona. I want to say thank Valeria, Ramon, and the other young lady who worked in the mornings with curly hair (can not remember her name) who made my stay feel like home. The cleaning staff who cleaned our room daily, changed towels (Daily!) and the Dinning room staff, well trained and professional. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona.

The location is brilliant and very central. The rooms are adequate and very clean. I think the price point is also great for what you get.

Great hotel and great value. Very comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast buffet. Location near train station , so only a short walk to and from the train. We had a quick one night stay, so didn't expect much as main selection criteria was close to train station. Way exceeded our expectations. Staff was wonderful at front desk and at breakfast.
